While most of the country is pretty much on lockdown and going stir crazy, I thought it would be a good time to give everyone a tropical break! While vacationing in Costa Rica in January, 2020, I had the opportunity to meet up with Matthew Davis, a friend I made a year ago in the Wellness Coaching Program at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. I remember hearing that he was a registered nurse in Texas but also building his dream in Costa Rica.
